- Set fires and left nest material and eggs to look like lizards were using weapon cache as a nest and caught it on fire, to explain why they left the caves
- Watched and waited for a while, ogres got up in evening, went to bed in morning, BF collapsed cliff on old bunkhouse, it collapsed, ogres mocked the survivor who crawled out.
- next evening, just before ogres would get up, tiraimi snuck in, magically sealed the door, lit the wood bunkhouse on fire. It took forever to catch, but ogres took even longer to notice, and no one escaped the bunkhouse alive.
- a few hours later, three ogres left the fort, traveling upriver. We followed a half mile behind for a while, and will jump them when we've got some distance from the fort.
