Session 13

We go back to the storage room and take a short rest.

We return to the cavern with the waterwheel (12) and then take the righthand passage. There is a glittering cavern with two buildings and a cliff (13). Grapevine sneaks up and peeks in. It was a workshop, burned. He checks the northern shed (closed).

To the south is the mushroom chamber. We return to the glittering chamber and open the northern shed. There is a door into the main room (15), where we find a magical braiser with green flames and a Spectator (4 eyes). It says we can help by mining gold and silver. We leave and go through the passage to the north.

There is a cliff above surging water. We go across the cliff to a passage heading NW. There is a stream here and on the far side, up an incline, there are exits. We go back and follow the dry water channel, which has a watersource on one end and on the other end it dumps into the stream. We return to the valley chamber (9) and go to the southwest. We find a cave-in, and then a chamber with 3 ghouls. Fight! Helga uses turn undead. Daran kills a ghoul. Grapevine kills 2.

We explore. There is an ocre jelly. Fight! Naivara freezes it in place, and we shoot it until it dies.

We wander around, mapping. Finally, we find a cavern with a still pool. Grapevine drags an old human skeleton out of the lake. Grapevine checks and finds 2 platinum rings and a wand of Magic Missle for Naivara.

We go up the stairs to the NE. We come to a 4 way intersection. S is rubble. E is a door. Helga manages to open the door. 5 bugbears are there. Fight!
