Perched on a hill to the south of town, this building is a monument of gnomish innovation. Its fine windmill is wondrous enough, but the real marvel is the waterwheel which magically transmits its power to the saws and grinding wheels of the mill. It was won in a game of cards by a drowsy grumbling dwarf named Asgrim Anma, (M LN Adp1), who has a long memory for grudges.
