This dry-floored room is warm enough that the basidirond that dwells here has no problem with the cold, except when the choker living upstairs uses the wand of frost ray. Unless the fight goes extremely badly for the party, the choker should sneak up in the final rounds of the fight and attempt to sneak attack a convenient target.
