Jenny is a dark-skinned, sarcastic, unmarried middle-aged woman of Spanish heritage sometimes unkindly referred to behind her back as 'Jenny the mule'. This is likely due mostly to envy, as Jenny is an independent businesswoman who does very well for herself training work animals, selling and repairing (along with her apprentices) a wide array of carts and carriages, arranging cargo caravans, and generally prospering and being a successful upstanding citizen.
