- Surprised the starting-to-wake Cirn in his bedroom
- halflings jumped onto bed stabbing him, sabertooth Del squeezed in
- Cirn didn't want to stick around, nat-20'd the halflings onto the floor and fled
- chase through narrow wall passages, with fog cloud and sleet storm adding complications
- summoned earth elemental, which fought one or two raiders inside the cathedral
- Hipplo took out Cirn with a tendon cut from milo's commander strike
- raiders and archers dropped all 4 of our low-level warriors rather quickly. Fireballs mean there's no chance of them coming back. Other hirlings all in good shape.
- milo chokepointed a pileup at the door, Oli fireballed the huge group for around 300 damage, at least twice
- milo charged and took down the last two archers on one turn
