- retreated to Blasingdell, decided to scout the edge of the shroud while waiting for Amy to go and send us Alonsa and Susse so that we could figure out where the center might be
- followed edge around to the north of the moors, bypassed an ogre with stirges, made a good guess where the center of the shroud might be - about the north edge of the banner hills
- got back, picked up our reinforcements, decided to loop through the bramble wood, rather than through the mountains or around the east edge
- bought 8 healing potions, gave 2 each to Alonsa and Susse
- got jumped by ogres in the bramblewood, fought them off, alonsa has low AC and HP for this stuff, but we survived
- bypassed a group of goblins riding giant spiders - they were just hunting rodents
- got to the grey elf village, scouted, Hipplo noticed smell of undeath, we snuck past the north edge of the village
- hiding behind rubble near the front of the temple, could feel some sort of cold energy pulsing from the sky above the cliff, Del in tiger form, discussing which way to try to get in
- finished mid-day, but under shadow shroud, 20th Patchwall
