- Mestil's Hauberks: A modest armorer's workshop, built around a shrine of Heironeous, God of War. The owner is known for his ability to craft Mistmail, a +1 suit of chainmail (600gp) or chain shirt (500gp) which, once per day, can transform into a fog cloud, which lasts until the wearer leaves the area.
- The Inn of 1000 Doors: A grand elven tavern, decorated with dungeon doors, one of which may lead to the World Serpent Inn.
- The Theatre of Kara Mosstoe: A large timber and brick theatre, known for its dark dwarven tragedies. - needs to be built, maybe at the Inn of 1000 Doors
- Tolm's Superior Outfitting and Dry Goods: Run by Grendar Tolm, dwarf male

- Stables and leatherworks run by a co-op of humans. They are all helpful, efficient, and bland
