Appearance. Keishara wears a ridiculous, clownish costume with a jester's hat. She has bronze skin and blue almond-shaped eyes. Her wavy bluish silver hair is twisted into many very long, tight braids. She is 98 years old (adult), 5 ft, 8 in (173 cm) tall, and weighs 165 lbs (75 kg).

Personality. She is a bit intimidating. She just does what feels good and wants the world to be a fair place for everyone. She believes not everyone is equal - some are better than others. She worships the god of luck, and her alignment is chaotic evil (CE).

Adventure Hook. A puritanical religious group has been shutting down taverns, gambling houses, and anything the least bit fun. There's more to life than church, you know.
