  • Fortune System - BESM lacks much of a money or XP system. This changes that.
  • Skill Changes - Previously, the selection of social and knowledge skills has been lacking. Also, there wasn't a climb skill.
  • Armor and Weapon Tweaks - Slight additions to the armor and weapon rules.
  • Equipment - A selection of Mundane, Minor, and Major item of Personal Gear. Note that by the rules, Personal Gear cannot "represent tech more advanced than is standard in the setting, magic items, or secret prototypes", which would constitute an item of power. Of course, standard Star Wars tech is pretty advanced. Items of power would be things like stealth field generators, jetpacks or lightsabers, things that wouldn't be issued to a typical soldier, SWAT team equivalent, or low grade spy.
