| Skewer Tees was rescued from the first level of the Temple of Elemental Evil. He has an incredibly unpleasant disposition, but he is an exceptionally good cook.
Skewer is from Badwall on the Wild Coast, and from the hints that he drops about life there, it was dangerous and unpleasant, to say the least. No one is sure if Skewer is his given name or not. He is fairly good with a javelin, so it could have come from that, but he could have seen it as a name to live up to. He, Jason Axeman, and William Swordsman were working as guards for merchants when their caravan was overwhelmed by ghouls, and they were dragged to the Temple to be sacrifices. Skewer worships Bahamut but never reveals this fact unless he is quite drunk or thinks he will die.
